George Stubbs "Whistlejacket'" Placemat

Introducing Whistlejacket, the iconic painting by George Stubbs, which resides at the National Gallery, London has joined the Isabel Scott collection of tableware. Looking stunning on a new large round design, and we’ve also given him a gloss finish which compliments the artwork and design. Whistlejacket works beautifully as a matching set for the table.

An incredibly hard wearing melamine surface on a sustainably sourced Eucalyptus board and finished with black baize backing. Isabel Scott's serving mats are handmade in the British Isles and heatproof up to 130 degrees.

This striking place mat is sold individually so you can buy however many you need to fit your table, or even mix and match with the other designs.

Isabel Scott was founded in 2018 and launched with a collection of homeware and gifts with images of Sir Alfred James Munnings artwork and paintings, the brand prides itself on the ethos of 'Beautiful gifts Inspired by Great Artists'. Munnings was one of the most important Equestrian and Sporting Artists of the 20th Century, his beautiful and timeless style is respected and captured perfectly on Isabel Scott's range of gifts, and promises to reveal some of his unseen work in further products launched down the line.

A gorgeous addition to any home, we love mixing and matching the different styles of these place mats, depending on the size of dinner party.

Beautiful for best, or just as good on a farmhouse kitchen table.
