Sizing Advice

The most accurate way to assess the size you need is to take the following measurement(s):

Set up your current stirrups and leathers in riding position on your saddle. Make sure they are at the length you ride in for general riding. Measure from the stirrup bar on the saddle to the top of the stirrup iron where the leather threads through. Also do this for your jumping and dressage lengths if applicable.

Delivery & returns

Yes, we are pleased to be able to offer international shipping on all orders. All shipping options are displayed at checkout. Head to our Delivery Page for full information on shipping locations, costs and delivery timeframes. We don’t include VAT and duty in our international orders. Your local customs authority will assess the amount due and contact the receiver for payment before delivery.

If you've changed your mind about your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase within 90 days of receiving your order and we'll exchange or refund* it according to our policy.

We do not take returns/exchanges on Special Orders that we get specially made for you (the item will be marked Special Order next to it when you order) and we will write to you when you order it to confirm size etc. 

A full refund (or exchange) will be provided on any item returned to us with 90 days, for any reason.

Once we receive your return, it will be processed and a full refund will be issued as per our policy. 

If you wish to exchange the item in place of a refund we will send out the exchange free of charge.

byob | everything you need to know about "building your own bridle".

Select your preferred colour and size option in our G&G Deluxe Flat Bridle. This is a required step of the BYOB feature. 

Your selection at this step will automatically register in the totals calculator at the bottom of the page. Scroll down to see your cumulative total and the discount applied. 

You won’t need to add each piece to your cart. Once you have completed all required and optional steps of your choosing, you can add the finished bridle to your cart and checkout. 

Choose from two widths in our flat Cavesson noseband. Select your preferred colour and size in your chosen style and increase the quantity to 1 item. This is a required step of the BYOB feature. 

Please note, you can only add 1 noseband to your bridle. If you want to build two bridles, you will need to complete all steps in building your first bridle, add the finished bridle to your cart, and start the process again completing the steps to build your second customised bridle.

Choose from full or half rubber reins. Select your preferred colour option and increase the quantity to 1 item. 

This is an optional step in the BYOB. If you don’t require reins, simply skip this stage and continue on to the next step. Alternatively, you can add your bridle to your cart at the bottom of the page if you are finished building. 

Again, you will be limited to 1 set of reins per bridle. Once you have made your selection, it will automatically register in the totals calculator. 

Choose from our Classic or Hunter Breastplates. Select your preferred size and colour and increase the quantity to 1 item. 

This is an optional step in the BYOB. If you don’t require a breastplate, simply skip this stage and continue on to the next step. Alternatively, you can now add your bridle to your cart at the bottom of the page if you are finished building. 

Choose to add a martingale attachment in your preferred size and colour. 

This is an optional step in the BYOB. If you don’t require a martingale, simply skip this stage. You can now add your finished bridle to your cart at the bottom of the page. 

If you wish to construct two or more bridles, you will need to complete the steps to build your first bridle, add your finished product to your cart, and start again completing each step to build your second bridle as desired.
