We ship worldwide and aim to dispatch all orders by the next working day. Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent straight to your email or phone, so you can monitor its progress.

International Shipping Update - Customers outside of the UK can now view and pay all applicable customs charges, duties, and fees during checkout using Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). This means you'll receive a guaranteed, upfront cost with no surprise fees upon delivery.

We all know the pressure of needing a last-minute gift or finding yourself unexpectedly in need of an essential item for an equestrian outing. If you require a Saturday service or service before a certain time, please contact hello@glazeandgordon.com and we will do our best to assist.  

Please allow extra time for deliveries to the following areas:

Highlands, Islands & Rural Areas

• Scottish Islands & Highlands (HS, IV, KW, PA, ZE): Usually 1–3 day delivery or may have specific exclusions.

• Isle of Man (IM) & Channel Islands (JE, GY): Longer delivery times; some postcodes (e.g., GY1 3, GY9, GY10) may only receive Sunday delivery.

Northern Ireland (BT):

• Many rural BT postcodes experience longer delivery times.

Other UK Areas (Partial Postcodes):

• Certain postcodes in AB, DD, DG, FK, KA, KY, LA, LD, LL, LN, ML, NP, PH, PL, PO, SA, SP, SY, TA, TD, TR, YO may require extra time, especially for guaranteed services (e.g., delivery by 9am or 1pm).

Please allow 1–2 extra days on top of the standard shipping times for affected areas.

2. International (outside of the U.K) 

Customers outside the UK can now view and pay all applicable customs charges, duties, and fees during checkout and are shipped via FedEx using Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) terms. This ensures your parcel clears customs seamlessly and reaches you without delays or additional payments. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Disclaimers 

     1. Pre-Order Items 

If orders contain a PRE-ORDER item, the whole package will be dispatched once the pre-order item is in stock. If the non-preorder items are required faster, please email hello@glazeandgordon.com and we will arrange separate deliveries. There will be an additional delivery charge for this. 

     2. International Shipping (outside of the U.K.) 

For recipients outside the United Kingdom, we have partnered with SWAP to simplify payment of import duties and clearance fees, these can be calculated at checkout prior to shipping.  

Glaze & Gordon Ltd. are not responsible for any delays due to customs or otherwise and it is up to the recipient to provide any relevant information asked for by the customs authority.  

Taxes and custom fees can now be prepaid upon the checkout 

Duties and taxes are non-refundable. 

Please note that some countries may require you to provide additional information to our delivery partners to receive your order as it passes through customs. Please see the specific requirements below: 

Canada  
Orders to Canada will be subject to customs and duties fees 

United States  
All Duties are included in the product's price. Taxes are non-refundable. 

Latvia  
You will be required to provide Proof of Payment and sign a Power of Attorney to receive your items. 

Greece  
You will be required to show a Tax ID and proof of payment. 
If your order is over €1,000, you will be required to sign a Power of Attorney. 

Italy  
You will be required to show a Tax ID to receive your items. 

Portugal  
You will be required to show a Receiver ID, Tax ID and proof of payment to receive your items. 

Lithuania  
If your order is over €1,000, you will be required to show a Receiver ID and provide Proof of Payment in order to receive your items. 

  3. Orders during peak seasons  

Please allow additional time for delivery of orders placed during peak times or during promotional offers due to increased volume in the warehouse or carrier delays at peak season. We appreciate your patience!
