Returns & Refund Policy
Each product in our collection has received the G&G stamp of approval so you can trust you will love it too.
If, however, you've changed your mind about your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase within 90 days of receiving your order and we'll exchange or refund* it according to our policy:

A full refund (or exchange) will be provided on any item returned to us with 90 days, for any reason.

Returns made after 90 days or damaged items will not be eligible for a refund.

EU/Rest of the World customers - For items being returned/exchanged from EU and Rest of the World, please ensure you make the customs form as a "return" and put £0 value. We cannot accept items subject to import/customs charges because a high value has been declared.

All items must be in a re-sellable, unsoiled and unworn, except MDC stirrups, which are covered by a separate guarantee (see MDC product page for details.)

All items must be packaged carefully to prevent them being damaged in transit.

You are responsible for the item(s) until they arrive at our returns location (address below).

*We do not take returns/exchanges on Special Orders that we get specially made for you (the item will be marked Special Order next to it when you order) and we will write to you when you order it to confirm size etc.

Important returns notice to customers:

Please ensure “Sheep Walk Lane” is included on the return address on the parcel (some courier systems omit this line when using the Post Code to locate the address.)
2. Refunds
Once we receive your return, it will be processed and a full refund will be issued as per our policy.
3. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange the item we will send out the exchange free of charge. We advise to allow 14 working days for all exchanges or refunds to be processed.
