With horse racing in her blood and background, preparation for Francesca's future career started in early childhood. On a pony before she could walk, by age 10 Francesca was pestering her father for the ride on a racehorse. By age 11, her father had yielded and Francesca's passion for racing really began. By age 18, Francesca was licensed as an amateur jockey, competing in over 25 races with 4 wins under saddle.

At 5ft 9in, Francesca eventually outgrew (literally) the sport. A career in horse racing media was the perfect alternative for Francesca to continue to embrace her passion for racing and breeding, with the added benefit of unparalleled opportunities to indulge another interest, fashion.

A passionate career woman, Francesca is also mother to her three little ones. A shared passion for the equestrian lifestyle, country traditions and rural heritage is at the heart of Glaze & Gordon's friendship with Francesca.
