**For recipients outside the EU, Glaze & Gordon Ltd. are not responsible for any charges associated with import duties, clearance fees or brokerage fees. We are also not responsible for any delays due to customs or otherwise and it is up to the recipient to provide any relevant information asked for by the customs authority. Returns and Exchanges

If you've changed your mind about your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase within 90 days of receiving your order and we'll exchange or refund it according to our policy:


  • A full refund (or exchange) will be provided on any item returned to us with 90 days, for any reason.
  • Returns made after 90 days or damaged items will not be eligible for a refund.
  • All items must be in a re-sellable, unsoiled and unworn, except MDC stirrups, which are covered by a separate guarantee (see MDC product page for details.)
  • All items must be packaged carefully to prevent them being damaged in transit.

United Kingdom

We offer free returns and exchanges for all of our UK customers via CollectPlus returns.

Once we receive your return, it will be processed and a full refund will be issued as per our policy. If you wish to exchange the item we will send out the exchange free of charge. We advise to allow 14 working days for all exchanges or refunds to be processed. If for any reason your item is faulty or you have any other questions please email

Our CollectPlus returns service is free on all UK orders. CollectPlus operates from over 5800 shops across the UK, allowing you to drop off you return, free of charge at a location close to you. Many locations are open late and at weekends.

To return an item via CollectPlus simply:

  • Carefully pack your item, preferably using its original packaging (but remove the old delivery label).
  • Include the returns form that was in your original order or print here completing your information and reason for return or exchange.
  • Book in your return at You will be emailed a returns label to print off.
  • Attach the CollectPlus label and take it to your nearest CollectPlus location which you can find here CollectPlus location.
  • When you drop off your package, you will be provided with a CollectPlus receipt with a tracking number so you can track the progress of your return. Keep your receipt safe.

Please note: the maximum size for returning a parcel via CollectPlus is 60cm x 50cm x 50cm and it must weigh under 10KG. If you need to return any larger items, please contact us at hello@glazeandgordon.comand we will send you an alternative returns label.

Alternatively, if you prefer, you can arrange an alternative courier or delivery service at your own cost and send items back to us to:
