Our 2025 Highlights

Our 2025 Highlights

Posted by Sophie Peck on

The start of a New Year brings the opportunity to take a moment to pause and reflect on 2025 and the standout moments. It has been an exciting year of growth and work behind the scenes for Glaze & Gordon, and we’re stepping into 2026 with exciting plans for the year ahead.

First and foremost, this is our thank you to you. We are incredibly grateful for the continued support and enthusiasm you have shown us throughout the year.

This year we have taken a step back from exhibiting and have spent time working hard behind the scenes. After focusing on the front end of our new website last year, 2025 was all about the digital infrastructure and streamlining the systems you don’t see but that make a real difference to your ordering experience. This included a new returns portal and making things easier for our international customers by allowing duties and taxes to be paid upfront at checkout. Towards the end of the year, we also began implementing a new inventory system to ensure we can maintain strong stock levels for our fast-selling cornerstone items as we head into 2026.

We’ve grown our collection again this year, introducing new and exciting goodies while still keeping an eye out for those ‘a little bit different’ pieces. We were delighted to collaborate again with accomplished horsewoman, author and adventurer, Alexandra Tolstoy. Building on the success of the ‘Sacha’ Shirt we worked together on a collaboration pair of breeches - our much loved Traditional Training Breeches in a brand new rich Chocolate Brown.

This year we were excited to introduce a new design to our G&G homeware collection, Well Met’, a follow up to our much loved ‘Hunt Jump’ design. We’re looking forward to releasing more pieces featuring this design in 2026.

We have also welcomed new brands to the G&G Collection this year; Peshawar Jackets and Geier Gloves, two small artisan makers who are specialists in their field. Both brands are different but celebrated in the same way for their superior craftsmanship and preserving traditional techniques.

The Peshawar Jackets, we're looking forward to a Spring restock of these popular Nehru's.

Our charitable work continued this year with sales of our 2026 annual calendars and donations of profits from some of our goodies to organisations close to our heart, including the Atlantic Salmon Trust, Hunt Staff Benefit Society, Greatwood Charity for former Racehorses and the Game Keepers Welfare Trust.  We were also pleased to support university sports teams through co-branded merchandise.

Looking ahead, we’ve been busy laying strong foundations for what’s next. We’re currently working on several new collections, including an exciting tweed launch this month, expanding our breeches line up, and continuing to collaborate with our champions and creative partners on some new and unexpected goodies that we can’t wait to share.

We’re also developing a number of sponsorships and opportunities with field sports communities across the UK - something we’re incredibly excited about as part of our mission to be active members of the rural community and to help preserve and promote the heritage and traditions of country life.

We're excited to be sponsoring the Northern Gun Club this year, find out more about them in our blog post.

This year, we made the deliberate decision to delay our US expansion while we focused on strengthening our back-office and digital infrastructure. As we head into 2026, one of our major goals is to open a fulfilment centre across the pond, allowing us to serve our many US customers even better and more efficiently.

We also have exciting plans to develop our relationships with the G&G Champions & Friends. We look forward to getting to know more about them, hearing their stories and sharing in their adventures through the G&G Grandstand. Be sure to get the latest news and updates on our G&G icons by signing up to our newsletter.

Thank you for being part of our journey - we’re excited for what lies ahead.
